1. Shipping Destination & Fulfillment Center
We currently offer shipping to all addresses across the United States (Domestic Shipping).
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched directly from our US fulfillment center located in Florida 32935, United States.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
We offer flexible shipping options based on your total order value and selected speed at checkout:
Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3 to 5 business days. FREE for orders $70.00 and up; $8.00 USD flat rate for orders under $70.00.
Express Shipping: Delivered in 1 to 2 business days. $15.00 USD flat rate for all orders.
3. Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the following business day.
As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email notification containing a valid tracking number to monitor your package.
4. Large & Heavy Hardware Shipments
Due to the size or weight of certain hardware products, items from a single order may be split into multiple shipments to ensure safe transit.
If your order requires multiple tracking numbers, you will receive individual tracking notifications for each package at no additional cost.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items
Hardware items can occasionally suffer transit wear. If your package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing or defective upon arrival, please inspect the contents immediately.
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at info@vinnoxs.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the shipping label and damaged items so we can quickly issue a replacement or refund.
